BS EN ISO 9001:2000

BS EN ISO 9001 is the standard that specifies the requirements for a QMS where an organization:

    * Needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements

    * Aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.

This includes processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity and applicable regulatory requirements.

Ascot Autoclaves ISO 9001 system is audited annually by SGS, and encompasses every aspect of our operation. Many companies in the UK have adopted "off the shelf" quality systems which, if scrutinised, do not actually include activities such as field servicing, installation etc, and generally only relate only to office based functions.
